The State of Rondônia is located west of the region known as Província Tapajós, which is a vast area that includes the States of Mato Grosso and Amazonas, penetrating into Bolivian territory.
According to the latest surveys, several rock types were formed during several tectonic cycle changes involving this vast lithospheric layer, giving this region a very significant diversity of mineral assets.

Gramazon has its own mines, spread throughout the State of Rondônia and the northern region of the State of Mato Grosso, with large reserves. Following the trade, the blocks are extracted from the quarries using the latest technology in the market for mining ornamental rocks. A technical team supervises the entire production process, ensuring maximum productivity and quality of the mined blocks, as required by the processing of finished products intended for exportation.

Some mines are in the company's vicinity while others are farther off, and are accessed by dirt roads in difficult traffic conditions, cut by countless creeks with wooden bridges, undesirable factors that limit the amount of blocks conveyed by truck, increasing the transport cycle in raw material supply. There are many obstacles, but these do not prevent the company from honoring its commitments, which always keeps a number of blocks above what is required in stock for short or long term production.
